Can I pay over the phone rather than check out via the website ?
Yes , we can take credit / debit card payments over the phone.Please phone 0161 665 2700 and ask for Michelle in acoustic foam sales.

What is your address and who do I make cheques payable to ?

What is the exact colour of the foam ?
The foam is a mid grey colour, some of the photographs show a blue tint on the products this is due to the light from the blue blinds in our product development room when the photographs were taken.

Can I save on postage if I order more than one item ?
No , our consignment rate is set at a fixed price for a fixed size by our carrier

Can the goods be collected to save on postage ?
Yes , once paid for goods can be collected from our factory shop by prior arrangement, Wednesday To Friday between 10.30am and 4.30pm.

Can you do reduced price deals on multiple sales of an item ?
No , our accounts will only process the goods at the item price stated

Will the foam soundproof my room ?
No , acoustic treatment will not soundproof a room , it will improve the acoustic performance in a room and help in sound deadening.

Can you make bespoke items or in produce items in other colours ?
No , we manufacture in bulk and hold goods in stock and only make in the colours advertised

Can you tell me the exact day and time when the goods will arrive ?
No , our carrier contract is for a 5 working day service the goods may arrive sooner but we cannot guarantee the day and time.

My goods haven't arrived yet where are they ?
If your goods haven't arrived after a 7 days, contact us and we will track the item and find out where it is, goods do sometimes get returned to us if the courier has a problem finding the address. If you are not in the courier should leave a card to arrange re delivery or collectction from the local depot.

Is the foam fire retardant ?
Yes , all our foam is supplied to the high UK flammability standards of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations, S.I. 1324 of 1988 (amended 1989) (Amd 1993) .Being fire retardant does not mean fireproof all foam will burn so we advise foam only to be used in no smoking areas, the foam also meets the lesser stringent automotive fire requirements of the FMVSS302 standard. This standard only specifies the burn resistance requirements for materials used in the occupant compartments of motor vehicles.
