Shipping & Returns

Items will be dispatched when payment is completed and confirmed. then please allow up to 5 working days to process your order and for delivery via courier. Goods may arrive sooner however we cannot guarantee the date or time the goods will arrive. If you are not in the courier will leave a note to arrange a re delivery or to collect from the local depot. If your goods havent arrived after 7 working days please contact us on 0161 665 2700 and ask for acoustic foam sales and we will trace your order. On occasion when a number of boxes have been ordered they may arrive on more than one delivery.

Returns Policy


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilo.

UK shipping and post code regions defined

UK Mainland: This related to delivery throughout England, Wales, Southern and Central Scotland. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) only. Where items are shown as 'free shipping' on the site, the full cost of standard delivery to UK Mainland is included in the published price and quoted as free on our site.     

Scottish Highlands and Islands:  ALL Scottish Highlands and Islands are classed as outside of UK Mainland (by the shippers) and will incur a surcharge over UK Mainland charges. These charges apply even where the charge to UK Mainland is included in the published price and quoted as free on our website.

To clarify the postcodes, as defined by the shippers as Scottish Highlands and Islands area are as follows:

AB1 - AB56, IV1 - IV63, KW1 - KW17, PA80 - PA88, PH1 - PH50

Northern Ireland: ALL Northern Ireland deliveries attract a surcharge over UK mainland charges. These charges apply even where the charge to UK Mainland is included in the published price and quoted as free on our website.

Some items CANNOT be shipped to Northern Ireland. Please check the advert for the item to ensure the item you are considering purchasing CAN be shipped to Northern Ireland BEFORE you place your order.
